For the purpose of these Refunds & Cancellations Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Ek Ping, an ethnic wear brand for women with its registered/operational office at Kochi, Kerala,India]. “You”, “your”, “user”, or “visitor” means any natural or legal person visiting our website or purchasing ladies' ethnic wear from us.
General Policy
You may cancel orders before shipment or request refunds for eligible returns, subject to these terms. Ek Ping processes refunds promptly upon approval, typically crediting your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Cancellation Process

Notify us via email or the order dashboard before dispatch for full cancellation.

Post-dispatch cancellations depend on courier return feasibility; non-returnable items (e.g., custom-stitched ethnic wear) are non-cancellable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Refund Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging and within 7 days of delivery.

Valid reasons: wrong product received, defective stitching/fabric, or size mismatch (if not as described).

Upload clear video & photos of issues noticed during unboxing, during return request for faster approval.

Personalized or made-to-order salwar suits/kurtas are non-returnable unless faulty.
EMI Orders
Cancellations and refunds for EMI purchases follow your issuing bank's policies. Ek Ping processes the base refund; contact your bank for EMI reversal, tenure adjustments, or potential charges.
Processing Details
Refunds exclude shipping/custom duties for international orders. Once initiated, track status in your account. Disputes follow Indian law; contact care@ekping.com for assistance.
